Your name, email address and studio details when you sign up. Everything you add to StudioDesk, including your clients' names and contact details, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, messages and files. When clients open a link you send, we record when it was opened and signed.
Only to run StudioDesk for you: to show your data, email your clients when you ask us to, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
You decide what client data goes into StudioDesk and are responsible for having a reason to hold it. We process it on your behalf and only as you instruct.
Google Firebase stores the data and handles sign-in. Hostinger delivers the emails StudioDesk sends. They process it only to provide those services.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, your studio and all its data are deleted straight away.
You can see and edit your data in the app, and delete it all from Settings. To ask for a copy or anything else about your data, email us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and email you about anything significant.
