StudioDesk is run by KodeElite. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use StudioDesk for a business, you agree on its behalf.
StudioDesk is free while it's in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before anything changes, and you can delete your account at any time.
Keep your password safe and your email address current. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what you send to your clients.
You own everything you put into StudioDesk: clients, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices and files. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
Don't use StudioDesk to send spam or unsolicited email, to defraud anyone, to upload malware, or to break the law. Only email people you have a working relationship with. We limit how many emails each studio can send a day and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
StudioDesk records when a client opens and signs a document. Whether a signed contract is enforceable is between you and your client, and depends on your local law. StudioDesk isn't a party to your agreements.
Clients pay you directly. StudioDesk doesn't hold, move or take a cut of your money.
We work to keep StudioDesk running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
You can delete your account in Settings at any time, which permanently deletes your studio and its data. We may close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
